At Ø 6 cm, this small cardboard disc with a tab, gold on one side and black on the other, is designed for presenting petits fours and individual pastries. The tab lets you pick up and set down the piece without touching it, and you simply flip the disc to switch from a gold look to a black one depending on the occasion.

What is it for?
