This black anodised aluminium pizza tray, Ø 30.5 cm, serves as a reusable serving base in pizzerias. Its black finish shows off the pizza at the table and at the counter, and its 1 mm thick aluminium is made for repeated daily use.

What is it for?

The tray goes with the pizza from the assembly station to the table: the pizzaiolo places the baked pizza on it, cuts it on the spot, then it goes to the dining room, the display counter or to the preparation of takeaway orders. The rim holds it during cutting and movement in the kitchen.

With 12 trays, you organise a rotation between service, washing up and reset, without running short of bases during the rush. Reused day after day, it also reduces the consumption of disposable bases.
