This oval baking case in white 41 g/m² siliconised paper is designed for small elongated pieces. At 10 cm x 5 cm by 3.5 cm high, it takes an individual portion, goes into the oven with it and then presents it as it is; its pleated edges support the batter and its silicone coating makes for a clean release.

What is it for?

Elongated financiers, individual cakes, moelleux, brioches or savoury bites: the case serves both sweet and savoury production for patisseries, bakeries and caterers.
