The square "Noa" meal tray, in poplar wood, measures 37.5 cm on each side and is surrounded by 7.4 cm rims. This depth keeps the containers of a complete menu in place, from starter to dessert, during service as well as on journeys. Caterers, hotels and catering services find in it a welcoming base to polish the presentation of their meals.
