What is it for?

Its length lends itself to plating in a line: tapas, sushi, charcuterie, cheeses, petits fours or individual desserts are presented lined up, in consistent portions. Tapas bars, bakeries, patisseries, catering services and cocktail organisers use it for aperitifs, buffets, tasting workshops or treat breaks.

For takeaway or preparations made in advance, the dedicated lid protects the arrangement during handling and transport. In the display counter, in the dining room or on delivery, the white tint keeps a visual consistency from one tray to the next.
