What is it for?

The film hugs plates, bins, platters and trays with a smooth surface: it protects them from air, dust and handling, limits drying out and odour transfer, and so reduces food waste. You use it to cover a dish, portion a preparation, group ingredients or protect plated dishes before service.

Cutting is done from the box, a real asset during the rush. The clarity lets you check the contents without opening, in storage, on hold or in assisted sales, and the compact dispenser keeps the station tidy. As each roll measures 300 m, replacements stay rare.
