With a capacity of 525 ml, the round "Deli" "Éclat" clear PET pot measures Ø 11.7 cm at the opening and 7.8 cm high. Its medium depth suits individual portions of ice cream, desserts and cold preparations, which the customer can see before even opening the pot.

What is it for?

Scoops and creams of ice cream, frozen yoghurts, coulis, fruit and toppings: ice cream parlours and dessert bars use it as a standard serving pot. Caterers, coffee shops and world cuisine counters fill it with cold salads, verrines, cut fruit or desserts ready to take away, for self-service as well as for click & collect or delivery.

The lid is chosen according to the recipe: dome when the filling rises above the rim, recessed for other preparations. The round shape is easy to fill and label, and the fixed capacity makes it possible to cost each portion precisely.
