The small format of the range, the Ø 7.6 cm kraft Opercover is intended for sauce pots, condiments, verrines and individual portions. Heat-sealed by machine onto the rim of the pot, it closes each small portion airtight, a solution suited to production workshops and central kitchens that pack on a production line.

Technical specifications

  • Material: 95 g/m² brown kraft paper, coated with 20 g of PE
  • Colour: natural brown
  • Dimensions: Ø 7.6 cm
  • Compatible with: sealer; small pots and verrines with a rim of the same diameter
  • Properties: heat-sealable; withstands microwave, oven, freezer and hot contents; 0.6 g each; single-use; food contact: Regulations (EC) No 1935/2004 and No 2023/2006
  • Pack size: 1000 units

What is it for?

Side sauce, condiment, verrine or small portion: each portion slips into the bag with no risk of spills and stays closed until the customer opens it. Central kitchens and production workshops use it to prepare in advance the extras for a delivered menu.

Thanks to the standard diameter, the sealing film sits on common containers and stays compatible with your machine. The small sealed portion can be kept in the freezer, then reheated in its original pot, in the microwave or the oven. The kraft surface also lends itself to printing (logo, wording), and the paper is recyclable through locally available streams.
