At Ø 22 cm, this double-sided anise green/fuchsia cardboard round is a colourful base for sharing pastries, displayed in the counter or handed to the customer. One anise green side, one fuchsia side: you choose the colour according to the recipe, the season or the event, with a single item in stock.

What is it for?

Bakery-patisseries, caterers and tea rooms mount cheesecakes, entremets, tarts and family-sized cakes on it. Rigid, the disc keeps the cake flat during icing, when slicing portions at the counter, and then in its box, from the production kitchen to your customers' table.
