Wide and shallow, this clear PET plastic dessert pot of 270 ml measures 9.5 cm in diameter and only 6.5 cm in height. This cup shape opens up the whole surface of the preparation: patissiers, caterers and hotels plate desserts and bite-sized portions in it whose decoration is visible at first glance.
