To serve individual pizzas that are consistent from one batch to the next, this round aluminium screen, Ø 22.8 cm, combines a perforated base with a very low 0.4 cm profile. Air passes under the dough, excess moisture escapes and your bases keep a firm texture, even when the pace picks up.

Technical specifications

What is it for?

The screen accompanies every stage at the pizza station: shaping, topping, baking, then service. You can prepare pre-topped pizzas on it: the perforation reduces condensation under the resting dough and preserves its hold until baking, with fewer losses as a result.

With twelve screens of the same diameter, pre-topping is easy to organise and the formats stay identical from one pizza to the next. Their lightness simplifies trips between work areas, and their low height gives them good stability on worktops and shelving.
