Black bamboo pick "Fotsy" - 15 cm - 2000 pcs

The black bamboo "Fotsy" pick measures 15 cm and ends in two loops that form a clean, comfortable grip. Its black shade gives a graphic relief to savoury and sweet bite-sized portions, on buffets, reception trays and at the bar.

What is it for?

At 15 cm, it goes without difficulty through mini skewers, canapés, pieces of fruit or filled bite-sized portions, and sticks out enough from a verrine to be picked up in one movement. Caterers, cocktail bars, hotels and banquet services use it on a buffet line as well as for plated service or for portions taken away.

It takes bite-sized portions served hot: a single pick model is enough for a whole reception. On large volumes, the black harmonises the staging of the trays, and the double loop reduces handling by staff and guests alike. Once service is over, the picks are thrown away and nothing goes back for washing-up.
