What is it for?

Arranged in numbers on a tray, these little baskets make up a true bouquet of amuse-bouches: each flower holds an individual portion, savoury or sweet. Caterers, hotels, restaurants and reception organisers use them for drinks receptions, drinks receptions with food, buffets and snack breaks.

The plaiting gives a natural, polished presentation, while the bamboo's resistance to moisture and grease means filled or seasoned preparations can be placed in it. Light, the basket is easy to handle during plating as well as at the moment of service, and the 1000 baskets in the pack are enough for the busiest receptions.
