The "Koshu" half bamboo stem plate with bases is an elongated mini presentation stand, in a half-circle, set on two bases at the ends. At 15 cm x 6 cm by 2.3 cm high with a smooth interior, it shows off amuse-bouches and individually portioned desserts at drinks receptions and buffets.
