For individual cakes, this round baking case, Ø 7 cm and 3 cm high, in white greaseproof paper, ensures an even shape and a clean release. It goes into your production trays and moulds, then accompanies the piece in the display counter and to take away.

What is it for?

Muffins, cupcakes, soft cakes and small brioches: the 3 cm height holds the batter well, for consistent batches and pieces of the same size. This calibration helps control portions and makes order preparation easier.
