This oval baking case in brown siliconised paper (41 g/m²) is a ready-to-use mould for cakes, brioches and speciality breads for sharing. At 20.5 cm x 14.5 cm with a 4.5 cm rim, it takes generous batters and can then be displayed as it is on the display counter.

What is it for?

Bakery and patisserie workshops fill it with fruit or inclusion cakes, brioches, rustic loaves and travel cakes, sweet or savoury. The 4.5 cm rim holds the most generous batters: an asset for family-size formats sold as takeaway, regular bakes and seasonal runs.

Once filled, the case goes straight into the oven: no lining beforehand, no mould to wash afterwards. The silicone coating helps the batter release cleanly, for neat slices and even edges, and the brown paper sets off the glaze and decoration.
