What is it for?

Side dishes, starters, dishes in sauce or world specialities, such as Indian recipes: the deep shape holds juices and sauces, and the frosted finish gives a plain presentation, on the table as on the display counter. Fast-food restaurants, caterers and speciality counters use it in the dining room, at buffets or for takeaway orders.

Going in the microwave allows quick reheating between services. Closed with its lid ref. 210AQL2121, the plate can be transported, stored and put on the shelf without the presentation suffering. Reusable, it reduces the amount of disposables bought every day.

Key benefits
