Technical information

Description

Ref: 209BBSHANI

The mini bamboo base for 2 picks "Shani" keeps two filled picks upright on a 6 cm x 3.5 cm base. Sold in packs of 10, it gives caterers, bars and hotels a stable, neat presentation for aperitifs and drinks receptions, with duos of bite-sized portions that the guest identifies immediately.

Technical specifications

Material: bamboo
Dimensions: 6 cm x 3.5 cm x 2 cm
Compatible with: "Mbola" and "Bhut" picks
Properties: 2 slots, stable base, reusable depending on your organisation
Pack size: 10 units

What is it for?

The base holds two bite-sized portions side by side: a savoury and sweet pairing, a seafood version and a vegetable version, or a hot bite-sized portion served with a cold one. It is set on circulating trays, buffets and bar counters, at drinks receptions, themed tastings, breaks or for individual desserts.

Each pick stays in its place during service: fewer falls, fewer adjustments in the dining room and trays plated identically, whatever the number of guests. Its small footprint frees up space on bar stations as on trays.

Key benefits

Two picks held perfectly upright
Compact 6 cm x 3.5 cm footprint
Matches "Mbola" and "Bhut" picks
Identical presentations, even in large volumes
