A large 800 ml boat tray in brown greaseproof kraft cardboard, this model takes generous portions, dishes in sauce and fried products. The PE layer applied to the inside blocks grease and moisture, and the stability of its sides makes the tray secure to hold when service speeds up.

What is it for?
