What is it for?

In high-volume kitchens, every lid out of action slows the rotation of gastronorm trays. These caps limit downtime: replacement is immediate and the lid goes back to work, whether on a hot line, in ventilated refrigeration, at the pass or at the buffet, with a clean look on the counter, in self-service or in the display counter.

Commercial and contract catering, hotels and caterers build them into their preventive maintenance. Before ordering, check the dimensions of the housing on your lid. Keeping a few caps in reserve lets you react without delay and maintain a consistent range of GN accessories, while reducing the cost of ownership of your lids.

Key benefits

• Replaces the part, not the lid
• Flexible silicone, quick fitting
• Less downtime at stations
• Small safety stock that is easy to build
