At Ø 33.02 cm, this black anodised aluminium pizza tray takes the standard pizza for plating, transport and service. The dark base brings out both the crust and the topping, while the anodised aluminium stays light and sturdy through handling.

What is it for?

On site or to take away, it equips the pass, the dining room and the sales area: the pizza is plated, transferred and then served at the table without changing base. Its diameter matches one of the formats that Italian restaurants serve most, which helps calibrate portions and speed up production.
