At 16 inches (Ø 40.6 cm), this aluminium pizza tray is made for the large pizzas of pizzerias, pizza trucks and fast-food outlets. The metal spreads heat evenly during oven baking, and the 0.8 cm raised edge gives the tray the rigidity needed to put the pizza in and take it out safely.

What is it for?
